The Reserve at Clemson was purchased in November 2010 and is operated by The Scion Group LLC, an innovative national leader in high-quality student living. Scion operates over 6,300 beds of student-focused residences at eight campuses, specializing in upscale properties with a commitment to positive residence life.

Scion is based in Chicago and has advised colleges, universities and private residential developers on over 100 campuses across the United States and in Canada, Mexico and the U.K. In addition to The Reserve at Clemson, Scion also operates Riverside at the University of South Carolina, River Club at the University of Georgia, Cambridge@Southern at Georgia Southern University, 42North at the University of South Florida, The Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek at Texas A&M University, ONE at the University of Illinois and Stepping Stone Properties at Illinois State University.

The Reserve management and maintenance team is local, based on-site and is available 24x7 if the need arises.
